Punishment of the crime

On May 6, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 from the Jeju District Court to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking) and a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 as a fine for the same crime in the same court on July 17, 2013.

[2] On January 18, 2018, the Defendant driven C Poter Cargo at approximately 100 meters away from the 100-distance section of blood alcohol level to the 26-lane 30-lane 179%, while under the influence of alcohol level, from the 100-distance section of Jeju City to the 30-lane 84-ro, Seoju City.

As a result, the Defendant again driven a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, who violated the prohibition of drinking at least twice.

On March 1, 2018, the Defendant, at around 13:45, driven a c1 ton cargo vehicle from the front road of the farmland located in Chocheon-do, Jeju-do, Jeju-do, to the front road of the entrance of Samcheon-do, Samcheon-do, the second apartment complex located in Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-do, the same city, with no driver's license.
