A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) was a person who is engaged in driving a freight vehicle B Rabora, and was driving the said freight vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.161% under the influence of alcohol around 22:47 on October 3, 2018, and proceeded with the natural learning park distance, which is located in the king-si, king-si, under the influence of alcohol level of 0.161%.
