【Criminal Facts】
The Defendants conspired with D (hereinafter “D Director”), E (hereinafter “F”), G, H (one name “H”) , J, K, etc. for profit-making purposes, the Defendants, E, and G obtained employment or loan from the public offering in advance, with the disabled persons, the aged, and the aged, etc. who fall mainly into intellectual ability due to the lack of intellectual capacity, and obtained money from the victims by opening identification cards, certificates of seal impression, passbooks, and debit cards, etc. under the name of the victims, and received money from the so-called “Broker,” the said victims jointly with L, I, and H, and made profits by opening three to four mobile phone numbers against them, and then obtain profits by selling KRW 5,500,000 to 6,500,000 for each person according to the credit rating in the financial loan organization located in Incheon Metropolitan City, and acquired profits from the above victims in order by taking over these profits in the name of the victims.
The Defendants conspired with E, G, D, etc. in order to offer jobs to the disabled and the elderly, who are engaged in the business of having been engaged in a job in the Seoul metropolitan area, and the Defendants went to the “Nda” located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government M, which is operated by accomplices G, and went to the victims and take photographs to reissue their identification cards, and are issued documents, such as a certificate of personal seal impression.
