1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

가. 원고는 2015. 7. 1.부터 지산특수토건 주식회사(이하 ‘소외 회사’라 한다)에서 천공기 기사로 근무하였는데, “2016. 5. 28. 22:00경 부전-마산간 터널공사 현장에서 천공기 부품인 롯드를 교체하기 위해 롯드를 들던 중 허리를 삐끗하였고, 통증 때문에 천공기 가이드 붐을 타고 내려오다 미끄러져 바닥으로 떨어지는 사고(이하 ‘이 사건 사고’라 한다)로 ‘요추 제3-4번간 추간판탈출증’(이하 ‘이 사건 상병’이라 한다)이 발병하였다”는 취지로 주장하며 피고에게 요양급여신청을 하였다.

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The plaintiff asserted that the accident of this case was caused by the accident of this case, while the plaintiff was suffering from severe pain and was receiving medical treatment at the emergency room of the Incheon National University Busan National University, Busan National University Hospital.
