Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2017, the Defendant, at around 00:05, entered the victim C’s residence located in the 2nd floor of Seo-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B Multi-household Housing, having a kitchen knife (21cc in the blade length, 14cc in the knife, 14cc in the total length, 35cc in the knife) and did not correct it.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous things and invaded upon the victim's residence.
