Punishment of the crime

[Criminal record] On April 27, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Gwangju High Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, and completed the execution of the sentence at the Jung Eup prison on March 23, 2018.

1. On April 6, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on the Safety Control of Firearms, Swords, Explosives, Etc. without permission, possessed one swords (the total length: 28cm, 16cm: 16cm) in front of the emergency room of the E hospital located in Naju-si D on April 6, 2018.

2. The Defendant, at around 20:10 on April 13, 2018, attempted to singing at “H event site” in G located in F, and was refused on the ground that the event’s staff did not receive from the event’s stage, and the Defendant was forced to sing at the event’s stage, and the Defendant was forced to sing at the victim I (20 years old), who is a person carrying a photograph of his/her behavior, and the Defendant committed assault at one time at the victim I (20 years old)’s left part, with his/her right shoulder.

3. On May 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) at MM around 15:30 on May 4, 2018, the Defendant: (b) divided the telephone call labels in a ward; and (c) sent out the worker; and (d) provided that the worker did not immediately respond thereto; and (c) provided that water from a toilet, drainage equipment, etc. in a ward, panty, etc. in the room.
