Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Defendant C’s record of the crime committed by Defendant C] On July 23, 2015, the Cheongju District Court sentenced Defendant C to ten months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. However, the dismissal of appeal and the final appeal were dismissed, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 14, 2016.
