1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 4, 2008, the Plaintiff and Defendant A entered into an insurance contract as shown in attached Table 1 with Defendant B as the insured.

From March 31, 2006 to June 16, 2014, the Defendants concluded a total of 17 insurance contracts with the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. as shown in attached Table 2 with Defendant B as the insured.

The sum of monthly insurance premiums under each of the above insurance contracts is KRW 949,297, and the sum of monthly insurance premiums under insurance contracts which contain daily hospitalization allowances as collateral condition is KRW 231,497.

C. From December 5, 2009 to May 3, 2016, Defendant B received hospitalized treatment for a total of 229 days as shown in attached Table 3, under the name of the disease, such as sulgrosis, sulgrosis, sulgrosis, conical disorder, etc., and due to that, received total of 72,871,221 won from the above insurance companies, including the daily amount of hospitalization, and the amount received from the Plaintiff among them is KRW 9,370,000.

The gross income details and the final amount of tax reported by the Defendants to the tax authority shall be as shown in attached Form 4.

E. From July 2006, Defendant A paid each property tax on the housing located in Sinpo City C from July 201, and from July 201, Defendant B paid each property tax on D’s housing. From July 2011, Defendant B paid each property tax on 205 Dong-si E apartment 205 Dong 1403.
