Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, around August 31, 2012, when the existence of lessee G interferes with the investor's water color after preparing the above gas station lease contract stating "30 million won in full, three million won in monthly rent, three million won in rent, and two years in rent," with D and D as to the above gas station, G paid deposit amounting to KRW 20 million in equipment repair costs and KRW 30 million in equipment repair costs to G, leaving the above gas station to move out from the above gas station, but the investors were colored, but the individual rehabilitation procedure of D was abolished on November 15, 2012 and the voluntary auction procedure for the above gas station was followed, and it was decided that D's fraud was brought against D around January 2013, 2013.
