Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, from the day this judgment became final and conclusive, the Defendants are above one year each.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person operating "G" in the Incheon F commercial building, and Defendant B is a person operating "H" in the same commercial building.

1. Defendant A

A. On June 28, 2018, around 22:00, the injured Defendant suffered damage from the victim B (59 tax) of the 93 new Yong-gu, Namdong-gu, Incheon, Seodong-gu, Incheon, about 901, to the extent that he suffered damage from the problem of commercial goodwill premium in the victim B (59 tax) of the 901 East-gu, Namdong-gu, Incheon. 2. Defendant B
