A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 6, 11 shall be forfeited from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, at the Daejeon District Court on August 29, 2013, was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. and was not a person handling narcotics, who completed the execution of the sentence on July 9, 2015, and was not a person handling narcotics.

1. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;
