The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not less than four months for each of the crimes of Articles 2 through 5 of the holding.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On June 29, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to the suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) in the Daegu District Court Kimcheon, etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on July 7, 2017.

[Criminal facts]

1. 3. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a driver of an Echip car.
