1. The defendant shall pay 146,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 23% per annum from September 16, 200 to the day of complete payment.

1. The basis for the request;

A. On March 5, 2004, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of the bankrupt, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation of the Korea Mutual Savings and Finance Company of the bankrupt, is the Seoul Central District Court 2004Guj876, and the defendant was ordered to pay the bankruptcy trustee of the Korea Mutual Savings and Finance Company of the bankrupt, the bankrupt, the amount of KRW 1,463,546,197 at the rate of 23% per annum from September 16, 200 to the date of full payment, and the payment order was finalized on March 31, 2004.

B. On August 12, 2010, the Korea Deposit Insurance Corporation transferred claims based on the above payment order to the Plaintiff, and notified the Defendant of the assignment of claims on September 7, 2010.

C. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay to the plaintiff 146,00,000 won with 23% interest per annum from September 16, 2000 to the day of full payment.
