Reasons
Basic Facts
L land is unregistered land, and on the surface of the land, Defendant B entered that the land was assessed on February 27, 1911.
With respect to M land, on March 25, 1925, N on January 20, 1925, the ownership of which was caused by sale was changed by the electric light.
At the time of October 20, 1968, the Plaintiff’s domicile was transferred to Ori (Ori (hereinafter “Ori”) (hereinafter “former domicile”) of the Gyeonggi-do, Incheon-gun (Ori (hereinafter “Ori”)) adjacent to each of the instant lands, and Q (R at the present Incheon-gun) on August 10, 191.
N died on December 19, 1945, and the married head of the family (S, the death of April 7, 1934) died in the first place without a male to inherit the head of the family, and N's wife inherited the head of family and inherited the property of the family.
Following the death of T on August 8, 1981, U (C), V, Defendant C, and C’s wife (W) and his children (Defendant D) inherited or inherited the property. After that, U died on May 29, 1994; V died on December 24, 2012; and C died on March 22, 1991; finally, the wife of Defendant E, F, G, H, and U died on February 7, 2012 (Succession to Defendant E, F, G, and H) (the wife of Defendant E, G, and H), the children of V, died on June 3, 2015 (the summary of the Plaintiff’s respective land purchased from Defendant I, J, and KV’s domicile), and the Plaintiff asserted that the Plaintiff’s respective land was deceased on June 3, 2015 (the Defendants’ respective grounds for inheritance or inheritance, and each of the Defendants’ respective land purchased from the Defendants’ respective Defendants’ respective respective parties’ respective 3 and the Defendants’ respective land purchased.
On October 20, 198, the prescription period for the Plaintiff’s possession of each of the instant lands was expired.
Therefore, with respect to L land, the Plaintiff sought implementation of the registration procedure for the transfer of ownership due to the completion of the statute of limitations for acquisition against Defendant B, who is the name of the above land.
