The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds for appeal is that the Defendant did not commit an indecent act due to an indecent act by putting the victim’s satisfe or shoulder up as stated in the judgment below.

2. The following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and examined at the lower court, namely, ① the victim F became aware of each other in the investigative agency’s activities from the Director General of the Culture and Publicity Bureau and the Defendant as the Secretary General of the E organization until the lower court is in court. According to the Defendant’s proposal, around June 28, 2013, the victim provided meals to the Defendant at the time of “O” in the vicinity of Incheon Nung Station. The Defendant got out of the Defendant’s Donobs, “I I want to go back to the lower court and go back to the lower court’s body,” and, in light of the following circumstances, the victim was unable to ask the Defendant to see the fact that he was aware of the fact that he was able to go back to the lower court’s opinion at the same time, and the victim was consistently aware of the Defendant’s desire to commit an indecent act at the time of the Defendant’s instant organization, and the victim was aware of the fact that he was unable to go back to the lower court’s order in view of the above circumstances.
