Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes against the victim B;

A. A. At around 03:00 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed theft with Samsunggal lusium in the vicinity of the Suwon River Station with members of the Internet “ScarC” in the process of drinking alcohol and cutting off the victim B under the influence of alcohol after drinking; and (b) committed theft with Samsunggal lusium 5 mobile phones equivalent to KRW 500,000,000,000,000 in the market

B. Around 03:00 on February 22, 2015, the Defendant entered the victim’s information without authority and downloaded movies, music, etc. amounting to KRW 95,220,00, by accessing stons installed in the cellular phone of the victim B, which was stolen, in the vicinity of Suwon City.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained property benefits by inputting information without authority into smartphones and making it processed.

2. Crimes against victims D;

A. At around 02:30 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim’s jugal lusular phone in front of the instant building located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Dongdaemun-gu, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with a cellular phone of an amount equivalent to KRW 300,000,000 in the market value of the victim’s jugal lusium owned by the

Around 03:00 on March 3, 2015, the Defendant entered the victim’s information into the stonation installed in the cell phone of the victim D, which was stolen, in the vicinity of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, and received film and music amounting to KRW 144,300 by entering the victim’s information without authority. On March 4, 2015, the Defendant charged the victim KRW 102,00 by entering the victim’s information without authority.

Accordingly, the defendant obtained property benefits by inputting information without authority into smartphones and making it processed.
