Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2017, around 03:30 on July 6, 2017, the Defendant committed an act, such as attempting to assault the above main points in order to stop drinking at the main points of “C” located in Jinjin-gun B, Namjin-gun.

Accordingly, the circumstances leading up to the Gangwon Police Station D District E, who called out after receiving the said owner’s report, carried the Defendant at the said owner’s station and asked him/her his/her residence, and the Defendant, without any particular reason, assaulted him/her to wear the right direction of the said E one time by drinking to the left hand and continuously sticking to E.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers on the maintenance of public order.
