1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

2.Provided, That the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[ 전제사실] 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원( 위 챗 대화명 : ‘C’) 은 장소 불상 지에서 보이스 피 싱 ' 장 집( 국내에 있는 불특정 다수에게 전화를 하여 금융기관을 사칭하여 대출, 혹은 주류회사를 사칭하여 금원제공 등을 미끼로 접근 매체를 받아내는 보이스 피 싱 콜 센터)' 을 운영하는 자로서 국내에 있는 전달 책, 인출 책 등을 관리하는 보이스 피 싱 ‘ 총책’ 역할을 하는 자이고, 피고 인은 위 성명 불 상의 보이스 피 싱 조직원의 지시를 받아 다른 전달 책이나 계좌 명의자 등으로부터 접근 매체를 수거하여 다른 보이스 피 싱 인출 책 등에게 전달하는 역할을 한 자이다.
