The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is an employee of Samsung Electronic Services Division Co., Ltd., the Korean Democratic Trade Union, Samsung Electronic Services Association, Samsung Electronic Services Association, Inc.

A person who intends to hold an outdoor assembly or demonstration shall submit a report stating the purpose, date, time, place, etc. to the chief of the competent police station from 720 hours to 48 hours before commencing the outdoor assembly or demonstration.

Nevertheless, from January 14, 2015 to 11:30 on the same day from January 14, 2015 to January 52, 201: (a) the Defendant, without reporting to the competent police station, has gathered 20 or more members of the Samsung Electronic Service Center’s headquarters, called “group agreement implementation, demand for wage pay application, demand for closure of the Samsung Electronic Services Branch Association’s meeting for resolution of the closure of the business,” and “Triju/Masan’s meeting for resolution of the closure of the business,” and “Triju/Masan’s written indictment, which clearly states that it is a clerical error, shall be corrected ex officio.” The Defendant, without reporting to the competent police station, sold the flag of the Samsung Electronic Service Center’s “the flag of the flag indicated as “the flag installed,” and with those with MF facilities, sold it to the union members by means of microf equipment withdrawal of the closure of the closure of the membership, and the conference of the members, “the number of the members of the Nowon,” as well.

Accordingly, the Defendant held an unreported outdoor assembly.

1. Article 22 (2) and Article 6 (1) of the Act on the elective Assembly and Demonstration regarding the facts constituting an offense, and Articles 22 (2) and 6 (1) of the same Act;

1. Penalty fine of 500,000 won to be suspended;

1. Articles 70(1) and 69(2) of the Criminal Act (100,000 won a day);

1. Article 59(1) of the Criminal Act of the suspended sentence is replaced by the facts charged by the Defendant.
