1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs owned each land (hereinafter collectively referred to as “each of the instant land”) as indicated below.

The Defendant incorporated a part of the J of Daegu-gun, including the instant land, into a site for the K-K Road Confirmation and Packing (hereinafter “Prior Project”), and made a road with a total length of 738 meters on each of the instant land, and paid compensation to the Plaintiffs on June 12, 2003, and completed the registration of ownership transfer for each of the instant land on the date indicated “the date of ownership transfer” as indicated below pursuant to the Act on Acquisition of and Compensation for Land, etc. for Public Works Projects (hereinafter “Land Compensation Act”).

The defendant set the construction period from July 23, 2004 to December 29, 2006 and continued the construction.

The AAA shall omit the land owned by the parties.

Meanwhile, the Daegu Metropolitan City promoted a Y regional industrial complex development project in the J region including the construction section of the instant prior project, and requested the Defendant to suspend construction of the instant prior project until the planning and confirmation in the Y local industrial complex is made.

The defendant suspended the road probability construction from March 7, 2005 to June 14, 2005, but terminated the suspension of construction on June 15, 2005, and on December 28, 2005, with respect to the Z Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Z”) and the K Road Confirmation and Packing (II) construction work on December 29, 2006.
