1. Summary of the facts charged

A. The Defendant, from December 21, 1976 to January 7, 2013, was listed on July 14, 2012, the victim E, a corporation established for the purpose of the special lectures and the first steel manufacturing business, various steel sales business, etc.

A person who has served as a representative director of the victim company (hereinafter referred to as "victim company").

On April 1990, the Defendant established F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) and registered G as the representative director from June 2006, the Defendant directly managed F in a state that he had the Defendant’s wife hold 100% of F’s shares.

In addition, on December 2001, the Defendant established H Limited Corporation (hereinafter “H”) by investment of 100% in China’s Cheongdo, and around June 25, 2008, the Defendant had the victim company acquire all of H’s shares from F.

After that, the victim company is mainly a raw material necessary to create a ice lease product produced by F and H.

And H was engaged in a business by receiving and selling finished products or semi-finished products, and around 201, H was suspended from manufacturing products. When the victim company supplied F with raw materials and processed F and supplied them to the victim company, the victim company operated the business by selling them again.

One Part F invested approximately KRW 21 billion in the cost of developing and manufacturing aluminium products by 2011 in order to escape existing stein lease-oriented products and to produce steinium products, but financial resources have deteriorated due to lack of technical capabilities and long-termization of construction period, and approximately KRW 5.4 billion in investment from 2011 in order to reorganize the steel facilities according to H's discontinuance of production, and the demand for stein lease products has decreased due to the decline in domestic and foreign competition.
