Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 27, 2012, from around 00:00 to 01:00 on the same day, the Defendant drinking alcohol together with the victim E (the age of 43) at the DPublic Announcement Center located on the fourth floor of Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Cbuilding, and the Defendant got off the face of the victim by drinking it for about seven weeks on the ground that the ordinary victim acted without any example.
