The defendants are jointly and severally liable to the plaintiff 36,150,000 won and 20% per annum from August 6, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

On February 27, 2019, the Defendants jointly and severally paid to the Plaintiff KRW 300,000 per month from March 2019 to February 2, 2020, and the remainder calculated by subtracting the money paid from KRW 40,500,00 upon retirement of Defendant C from the office shall be paid in lump sum, but the interest for delay calculated at the rate of KRW 20,00 per annum shall be paid in case of delinquency.

“The fact that the Defendants prepared and delivered a written statement to the Plaintiff, and that the Defendants paid a total of KRW 3,900,000 to the Plaintiff, but the Defendants did not pay the remainder of KRW 36,150,000 (= KRW 40,500,000 - KRW 3,900,000) after Defendant C’s retirement, is recognized by adding the entire purport of the pleadings to each of the items in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the interest calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from August 6, 2020 to the date of full payment after the delivery of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff.

The plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
