A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at Seoul Western District Court, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 15, 2014.

The Defendant is a social service worker who served in C Station under the jurisdiction of the Seoul Headquarters of the Korea Railroad Corporation.

On October 5, 2015, the Defendant left his office for at least eight days in total as a social service personnel on October 5, 2015, around October 6, around October 10, around October 10, around October 10, around October 11, around October 19, around October 19, around October 20, around October 22, around October 22, around October 24, and around October 25, without justifiable grounds.
