Facts of recognition

The Defendant Cooperative was established to implement a housing redevelopment improvement project on the area of 54,289 square meters in Nam-gu, Busan, Busan and completed the registration of establishment on January 8, 2009.

The Plaintiff worked as the president of the Defendant Union from September 1, 2009 to March 29, 2019.

The main contents of the provisions of Section 2 of Chapter Five (Remuneration Provisions) of the Articles of Incorporation and Business Regulations of the Defendant Union are as follows:
