A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Special intimidation;

A. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 02:30 on March 16, 2018, in Boan City, the dwelling place of which is, in Boan City, C, on the ground that the victim D (n, 40 years of age) who is the spouse was living another person; (b) the kitchen knick, which is a dangerous thing in the kitchen located in the kitchen at that place, has taken the kitchen knife ( approximately 30 cm in total length, approximately 20 cm in length); and (c) the Defendant has marked the kitchen knife with the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. On March 16, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 06:30 on March 16, 2018, in Boan City E, the lower end of the wife; (b) on the same ground as the above A; (c) on one hand after the victim D (V, 40 years of age), the Defendant was unable to have the victim take a less part of the victim; (d) the kitchen knife, which is a dangerous thing with another hand, (e.g., about 30cm in length, about 20cm in length), shall have the kitchen knife on the part of the victim’s knife and part; and (e) the knife “the knife, the knife, the knife, the knife.”
