1. Defendant FF farming association KRW 23,660,90 for Plaintiff A, KRW 16,213,950 for Plaintiff B, and KRW 2,501,650 for Plaintiff C.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The parties’ relationship 1) Defendant G is the J Farming Partnership established on January 13, 201 by the Defendant G (hereinafter “J Farming Partnership”).

Defendant G is a registered director of the K Farming Association on January 21, 2011 (hereinafter referred to as “K Farming Association”) for the purpose of cultivating mountain ginseng (cerebral ginseng). In addition, Defendant G is a K Farming Association.

(2) On February 15, 2011, Defendant FF farming association corporation (hereinafter “Defendant FF corporation”) for the sale of mountain ginseng and mountain ginseng

(2) Defendant G used the name of the president of the JAD. Around June 2011, 201, Defendant G used the name of the president of the JAD. Around June 18, 201, the actual management right of the Defendant G was transferred from Defendant G to Defendant G, and Defendant I reported the marriage with Defendant H on September 18, 2015.

3) The Plaintiffs are investors making investments to each of the above incorporated farming associations. B. The Plaintiffs are prohibited from making an agreement to pay the full amount of investments or the excess amount of investments in the future without authorization, permission, registration, reporting, etc. under the Acts and subordinate statutes.

However, the J Farming Cooperative solicited investors to make an investment to the effect that “if it makes an investment by cultivating and selling mountain ginseng, it will pay a certain amount of dividend every day in the manner of making an investment by joining a member of the J Farming Cooperative and paying an investment, it shall pay a certain amount of dividend and pay the investment principal,” and thereafter, the Defendant Corporation recruited investors in the same manner.

The principle was to pay a total of KRW 1,200,000 per day when the dividend to investors is finally invested, KRW 1,000,000 per day.

2 The J Farming Association and the defendant corporation explained that the defendant G or K Farming Association are growing mountain ginseng from Hongcheon in Gangwon-do while recruiting investors, and the defendant G introduces mountain ginseng business to investors.
