A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is an individual constructor who runs a construction business by using approximately four regular workers at the construction site of a studio building in the vicinity of the Gyeongbuk-do Office in the Gyeongbuk-si, Gyeongbuk-do.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

The defendant works in the above workplace from May 28, 2017 to August 22, 2017.

A retired worker B’s wage of KRW 30,500,500,000, including wage of KRW 2,407,000 on August 2017, was not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on extension of the due date between the parties concerned, as shown in the attached list of crimes.

The Defendant is an individual constructor who runs a construction business with approximately six full-time workers at the construction site of the studio building in Gyeong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, Dong-dong, where he/she runs a construction business.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

The defendant works in the above workplace from July 12, 2017 to July 23, 2017.

On July 2017, 2017, wages of KRW 790,000 were not paid within 14 days from the date of retirement without an agreement on the extension of the due date between the parties concerned.

The Defendant is an individual constructor who runs a construction business by using approximately four regular workers at the construction site of a studio building in the vicinity of the Gyeongbuk-do Office in Gyeongbuk-gu, Gyeongbuk-do.
