[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for ten months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is engaged in driving a C-wing and third cargo vehicle.

On June 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the said cargo at the intersection of the new internal distance, which is located in the 1stm of the Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, Hongcheon-gun, the Hongcheon-do, Hongcheon-do, and the Gyeongcheon-do, the lower court proceeded from the west-do, the lower court’s seat.

Since there is an intersection where a red on-and-off signal is occupied, there was a duty of care to safely proceed with the traffic situation after temporary suspension before entering the intersection in accordance with the signals instructed by the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and did not temporarily stop before entering the intersection, and did not go through as it was, and thereby, received the front part of the D Spanp Road that entered the intersection from the right side of the course direction and received the front part of the D Spanp Road from the right side of the said cargo vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim E (V, 58 years old) who was participating in the car in the said SPP, approximately 6 weeks of treatment, fele knee knee knee knee knee kne kne kne, G (V, 72 years old) in need of approximately 2 weeks of treatment, and the victim E (V, f6 years old) suffered from approximately 3 weeks of treatment of approximately 6 weeks of treatment.

2. Defendant B is a person who is engaged in driving a car in a D SP area.

On June 20, 2018, the Defendant driven the intersection of a new internal street in the Hongcheon-gun, the Hongcheon-gun, the Hongcheon-gun, the Hongcheon-gun, the Doknam-gu, and the Dog-si, the Dog-si, the Dog-si, the Dog-si, the Dog-si.

Since such a place is an intersection where a red on-and-off signal is occupied, it is necessary for a person engaged in driving service to safely proceed with the situation of traffic after temporary suspension before entering the intersection in accordance with the signals instructed by him/her.
