When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 8, 2014, at around 21:20, the Defendant, while drunk with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.103%, was driving Bone Star car at a section of about 35 meters in front of the same ideology station in the thought-gu Busan Clock, Busan Metropolitan City, with the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.10%.
