The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

Although the Defendant appealed on the ground that the crime of this case was too unfair due to the following reasons: (a) the Defendant appealeded on the ground that the Defendant was in the shape of the lower court (one year and six months of imprisonment); (b) the Defendant exercised violence against bus officers who are in operation on a bus; (c) did not stop the bus; and (d) carried with a bus engineer with a stone with a stone with a stone with the bus; and (c) went to the bus company office to attempt to reach an agreement with the above bus engineer; (d) the Defendant’s act of assault against the bus engineer in operation was not very good in light of the course of the crime and the method of the crime; and (e) the act of assault against the bus engineer in operation is deemed a large traffic accident and may cause personal and material damage to the unspecified majority; (e) the Defendant did not receive any use from the victims; and (e) the Defendant did not have been aware of the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; and (e) even if the Defendant did not commit the crime of this case, the Defendant’s health and the reasons for sentencing.

Since the appeal by the defendant is groundless, it is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act. It is so decided as per Disposition.

However, pursuant to Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure, “former” of the last 2th page of the judgment of the court below as “former” in accordance with Article 25 (1) of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure, “The 3th page of the judgment of the court below” as “recording video” in Article 10 of the 3th page of the judgment of the court below, “the final 3th page of the judgment of the court below” as “the choice of imprisonment for each crime other than special injury,” and “the 7th page of the judgment of the court below” in Article 4 of the Regulation on Criminal Procedure.
