1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) B, Defendant C, jointly and severally, KRW 320,00,000, and Defendant C.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties (Counterclaim Plaintiff Co., Ltd.) and Defendant D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant D”) are companies running real estate sales agency business, etc., and Defendant C is the representative director of Defendant B.

B. 1) Defendant B entered into a sales agency contract, etc. (hereinafter “E”) around March 2018, Defendant B, a corporation E (hereinafter “E”).

H H Main Complex Building (hereinafter referred to as “instant Building”) to be newly constructed on the land F and G in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Yangyang-gu.

C. 1) Defendant B entered into the instant investment contract with the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant; hereinafter “Plaintiff”) introduced through I to prepare promotional personnel installation expenses, etc. under the instant sales agency contract and the establishment of promotional personnel agreement.

(A) The investment contract with the Plaintiff (No. 3-1, hereinafter “instant investment contract”) on May 10, 2018, under which KRW 200 million is to be invested.
