Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On October 3, 2014, at around 08:24, the Defendant driven Bol XG car with approximately 300 meters of alcohol concentration 0.104% under the influence of alcohol around the 0.104% of alcohol concentration from the vicinity of the Magidong-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-do to the roads in front of 95-9.
