1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff 121,046,040 won and 46,609,468 won among them to the day of complete payment.

On December 5, 2014, the Plaintiff, on the first date for pleading, corrected the relevant portion to be transferred to the Plaintiff on December 10, 2009, as follows: (a) the part on the claim of Solomon Mutual Savings Bank, among the grounds for the claim, is originally a credit card usage claim against the Defendant of the National Bank of Korea; (b) Solomon Mutual Savings Bank, on September 30, 2004, took over the credit card usage claim against the Defendant of the National Bank of Korea; (c) notified the Defendant of the transfer on December 24, 2004; and (d)
