All appeals filed by the defendant and prosecutor are dismissed.

1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. As to the Defendant’s injury to C among the facts charged in the instant case by the prosecutor, even if based on the Defendant’s statement, the physical conflict between the Defendant and C appears to have occurred, and the Defendant makes a false statement as to whether the Defendant knife had a knife, C has consistently made a statement. In light of the fact that the Defendant could be recognized as having inflicted injury on C, but the lower court acquitted the Defendant of this part of the facts charged, it erred by misapprehending the legal principles.

B. (1) As to the injury of the victim E and F among the facts charged in this case of mistake of facts, the judgment of the court below which found the defendant guilty of this part of the facts charged without any injury as stated in the facts charged, is erroneous in the misunderstanding of facts.

(2) The sentence imposed by the lower court on the grounds of unreasonable sentencing (4 million won of a fine) is excessively unreasonable.

2. The defendant asserts that the victims' act of interference with the defendant's business was committed under the circumstance where he was aware of the victim's act of interference with the defendant's business, and that he did not inflict an injury on the victims, and that he did not do so. However, considering the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court below and the court below, it is recognized that the defendant inflicted an injury on the victims as stated in the facts charged.

A. At the time of the occurrence of the instant case, the Defendant: (a) stated that the Defendant would not supply drinking water to J, a drinking water supplier; (b) returned to the victims; and (c) that the Defendant, a village head, prevented the Defendant from supplying drinking water; and (d) the victims resisted to the Defendant; and (e) the Defendant himself saw that the Defendant she saw.
