Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty of driving B taxi.

On April 26, 2014, the Defendant driven the above taxi on April 26, 2017:40, and driven the crosswalks adjacent to the wooden station, which is located in the Mapo-si, Mapo-si.

It is a place where a crosswalk is installed where no signal, etc. is installed, and there is a person crossing the crosswalk using the crosswalk from the right side of the defendant's moving direction at the time to the left side of the road at the time, so the person engaged in driving service was negligent in neglecting his/her duty of care to prevent the accident while driving the crosswalk after checking the way to the pedestrians crossing the crosswalk and ensuring safety. Thus, the person engaged in driving service was subjected to the right side of the victim C (ma, 73 years old) by neglecting his/her duty of care to prevent the accident.

Ultimately, due to the above occupational negligence, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment.
