1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant: (a) purchased a total of KRW 13,719 square meters of F Forest land (hereinafter “F land”) 33,719 square meters in Incheon Strengthening-gun (hereinafter “F land”); (b) purchased the F land at KRW 20,00 on July 8, 200; (c) purchased the land jointly with the Defendant; (d) purchased approximately KRW 6,200 among the above land from July 8, 2004 to August 5, 2004 to KRW 13,300,000 in total from the Plaintiff’s consent to purchase; and (e) completed the registration of ownership transfer of the F land at KRW 10,000 in total between H and H on July 8, 2004 to KRW 30,000 in total; and (e) acquired the ownership transfer from the Defendant’s consent to purchase the land at KRW 400,000 in 9,000 in 29,000.294.

B. Around May 2005, the Defendant proposed that the Plaintiff purchase of the said land with the Defendant and J around KRW 150,00,00 per square meter (hereinafter “I land”) around 21,918 square meters of I forest land (hereinafter “I land”) in Incheon Strengthening-gun, and that the Plaintiff would purchase the said land jointly with the Defendant and J, and was transferred KRW 196,50,000 to the Defendant’s account on May 30, 2005. Meanwhile, around May 26, 2005, the I land was transferred KRW 3,669,000,000 from the Defendant’s account to KRW 30,000,000,000 for KRW 2,646,000,000 per square meter, KRW 30,000,000 per square meter, KRW 300,000 per square meter, KRW 303,50,000 per piece of land (hereinafter “I land”).
