1. The Defendant is a karaoke machine business operator who runs a “C karaoke machine” located in B at the time of Jinjin.

A singing practice room business entity is prohibited from employing or arranging a contact loan in a singing practice room, and is prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages, even if it has become prohibited from selling them:

A. On July 25, 2016, around 23:30, at around 25, 2016, the Plaintiff requested D, a newsman, to provide an entertainment loan, and employed E, F, and G as a type of singing practice loan at KRW 30,00 per hour.

B. At the same time and place as above, the name of male customers in singing 3 sold 10 cans (Cass) to 70,000 won, along with the cans (Cass) to three male customers.

2. The Defendant is prohibited from employing or arranging a contact loan in a singing practice room, and even if the Defendant was prohibited from selling alcoholic beverages,

A. On July 25, 2016, 21:42 of the aforementioned “C K-sing room business” requested H to provide a contact loan to the news release room business entity, and employed I (L) K (L) and M as a contact loan.

B. On July 25, 2016, at the above “C singing practice room” operated by himself/herself, sales of 20 cans and 20 cans and 110,000 won to four male customers.
