1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 314,616,727 and KRW 305,617,083 from April 18, 2014 to May 18, 2015.

1. According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 as to the cause of the claim and all pleadings, the facts identical to the entries in the cause of the claim can be acknowledged. Thus, the defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the plaintiff 314,616,727 won and the amount of subrogated payment of KRW 305,617,083, the date of subrogation, from April 18, 2014 to May 13, 2015, the agreed rate of 12% per annum, the date of the final delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case, from the following day to September 30, 2015, and 20% per annum as prescribed by the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, etc., from the next day to the date of full payment.

2. Thus, the plaintiff's claim against the defendants is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
