When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2009, the Defendant was punished by a fine of KRW 5 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the Gunsan Branch of the Jeonju District Court on January 21, 2009, and a fine of KRW 3 million due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) in the same court on June 25, 2009.

On May 30, 2015, at around 01:20, the Defendant driven D vehicles at approximately 50 meters from the street in front of a military mountain site in C and the front of the said C, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.063% of blood alcohol level, around 01:20.
