Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Assault, etc. against a driver) committed assault against the driver of a motor vehicle operating at a lower part of the victim’s hand-on one-time price on the ground that the victim E (the 46-year age) was boarding a F taxi operated before the D hotel located in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (the 46-year age) and the 7th dong-gu Incheon Jung-gu (the 52-8-dong 7th dong-gu dong), on the ground that the victim returned to his/her destination.

2. In order for the victim who was assaulted at the above date and time and place to report to the police, the Defendant: (a) started a vehicle using a coastal police box; (b) “I will throw away the cab; (c)” means “I will throw away the studs of the cab; and (d) by going in the back seat and going in the future, the Defendant destroyed the cab vehicle so that the studs of the studs of the cab and the empty differentials amounting to KRW 180,000 for the repair cost
