1. Of the instant lawsuit, the part of the Plaintiff’s primary claim against the Defendant in Korea is dismissed.

2. The plaintiff's defendant.

1. Basic facts

A. Division and annexation of each land listed in the list of real estate in the annexed sheet No. 1 (1) 2,154 square meters prior to the division (hereinafter “the mother land of this case”).

(2) On December 30, 1958, the land was divided into two thousand five hundred and twenty-eight square meters prior to D, twenty-five square meters prior to E, twenty-five square meters prior to F, and four thousand and three-five square meters prior to F (hereinafter referred to as "land prior to subdivision") and according to each parcel number.

A) Before the subdivision, the land 1,2,3 and G field 1,098 square meters was combined with D field 8,218 square meters on June 8, 1990. On January 20, 2014, the land was divided into each land listed in the attached Table 1’s list. Meanwhile, the land 2 and 3 before subdivision became the land of this case through a merger and division as above. 2) On October 19, 2003, the Gyeonggi-do Seocheon-gun, where each land listed in the attached Table 1’s list of real estate was located, was changed to the Gyeonggi-do Seocheon-si.

B. The Defendants’ registration of ownership preservation and registration of ownership transfer 1) Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership preservation on the land No. 2672, which was received on May 13, 1963 with respect to the land No. 1 before subdivision, and each registration of ownership preservation on the land No. 2 and 3 before subdivision was completed on November 12, 1969 by the same registry office under Article 5150, respectively. 2) Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land No. 1 before subdivision on December 30, 1961 under Article 2 of the Act on Special Measures for the Registration of Distribution Farmland Ownership on the ground of the completion of repayment as of December 30, 1961.

3) On December 11, 1975, Defendant Republic of Korea completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land Nos. 2 and 3 before subdivision to H on October 27, 1975, respectively. 4) The former register on the land No. 1 before subdivision was closed on February 23, 1984, and the former register on the land No. 2 and 3 before subdivision was closed on March 31, 1984.

5) Defendant B completed the registration of ownership transfer for each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 on September 3, 2008 on July 12, 2008 with respect to each land listed in the separate sheet No. 1 on July 12, 2008.
