A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a foreigner of the Republic of Korea’s nationality who has the period of stay as a foreigner of the Republic of Korea. C (C; hereinafter “C”) is a foreigner of the Republic of Korea, D (D; hereinafter “D”), E (E; hereinafter “E”); and F (hereinafter “F”) is a foreigner of the Republic of Korea’s nationality whose period of stay has expired.

1. On May 24, 2017, the Defendant and C, and D et al. were in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint conflict) and on the grounds that the victim H (32,00,000 won out of KRW 2220,000,000,000 and the victim H (32,000,000) borrowed from I and did not fully repay the remainder of KRW 20,000,000,000,000,000 won out of KRW 2,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,00,000,00

The Defendant continued to bring about KRW 1 million to the draft of the victim, and the victim's defect "to bring about KRW 200,000 to the date of the draft," and D "to bring about KRW 300,00 to the victim," and the Defendant secured one cell phone of the victim's cell phone.

On May 25, 2017, around 20:00, C returned the instant mobile phone to the victim drinking with the assault around the said G building, and received KRW 3.20,00 from the victim, while returning the said mobile phone.

As a result, the Defendant received property by jointly committing a crime with C, etc.

2. Special injuries C, D, E, F, and J around May 28, 2017, around 23:00 to 29: (a) in the Busan Middle School playground in the area of 397, the citizen of Masan-si, the victim K (31 years of age) reported L who was assaulted by F, etc. to the police and informed the police officer of F of F's identity, on the ground that they attempted to report the victim's face to F and notified the victim's home to the police officer; (b) the victim's chest was flick at one time in drinking; and (c) the victim's chest was flick to walk the victim's leg due to an outbreak.
