A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

In around 2014, the Defendant, who was a member of the same mountain conference, became a member of the same mountain conference, was faced with the victim's mind that he was suffering from the victim.

The Defendant continued to attract the victim on the rooftop of a building, putting the victim on the floor by putting him/her in a pushed-down, taking the victim’s left shouldered on the floor on his/her string, thereby causing damage to the victim’s salves on the right side of the upper part, which requires medical treatment for about 10 days.
