A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

C As “D”, a person obtains a copy, etc. of a foreigner’s passport in an irregular manner and provides it to the whole country, and sells a core chip (hereinafter “the so-called large chip”) in which the user information of the mobile phone is stored, by means of high-speed bus selection, etc. E is a person who delivers to the buyer of the mobile phone, such as large chip opened in accordance with C’s instructions, such as large fchip sales books or large fchip sales books, which are opened in accordance with C. No one may intermediate a third party's communications using telecommunications services provided by a telecommunications business operator, or provide such services for communications of a third party.

Nevertheless, at the early October 2015, the Defendant: (a) sent orders received from the Defendant on the Internet through an advertisement for sales of Mapophones posted on the Internet; (b) C sells 90,00 won to F through Kwikwikset Service using the name of “G”, China; and (c) B, from September 2015 to October 20, 2015, as indicated in the crime list Nos. 2 and 63 attached to the indictment of the crime list in the same manner, different from the telephone number indicated in the evidence of the instant case; and (d) as indicated in the attached list, the Defendant added 66 large times in total to F, name-free purchasing and selling of Mapo-si District, name-free Seoul, name-free seller, name-free seller of Mapo-dong, name-Spo-dong in Seoul.
