Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 07:10 on October 12, 2013, the Defendant loaded 30 fishing gear, which is the fishing gear prohibited from being used on the sea at the 0.1math of the north-dong bank of the Do, in the event of bankruptcy, to C, a fishing vessel.
