A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months and by imprisonment for six months.

Defendant
On October 25, 2013, A was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Jeonju District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 2, 2013.
1. Defendant A received a mental and outpatient medical treatment as a matter of the labor union around July 2010. From November 22, 2011 to June 23, 2012, Defendant A, who had been suffering from pharmacologic treatment, such as antipsychopas, antipsysys, etc., due to an attack and impulse between D Hospital and D Hospital’s mental disorder, committed the following crimes under the state that Defendant A lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to the mental disorder and sychopasysysys.

B. On January 11, 2013, the Defendant violated the Fraudulent and Credit Specialized Financial Services Act (1) was committed as if he had the right to use the Samsung Credit Card (N) in the name of the J’s mobile phone case located in the Hasan-si L, Hasan-si, as seen above, and such right was derived from the type of money equivalent to KRW 3.410,000 at the market price by allowing the victimO to pay the said credit card, and used the stolen credit card unlawfully.
