On November 24, 2013, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven a BF car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.096% at the 2km section from the Yongsan-gu Seoul Yongsan-gu, Seoul, to the front day of the exit No. 5 in the 2km basin from the Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
