A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 15, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (a group, deadly weapon, etc.) in support of the Daegu District Court Kimcheon, and was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a period of imprisonment on August 21, 2014. On January 16, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months by the same court, and was sentenced to a suspension of execution on August 16, 2015, and the said sentence became final and conclusive, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on October 16, 2016.

[Criminal facts] On October 28, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 21:45 on October 28, 2017, at C main points located in Gumi-si B; and (b) “Is the customer fright to sleep under the influence of alcohol.”

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of reported cases.
