Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 16:00 on January 14, 2013, the Defendant appeared as a witness of the Defendant’s case, such as attempted fraud against the above court No. 201 High Court No. 1789, the Busan District Court’s 304, the Busan District Court, and was given a warning of the right to refuse to testify and the punishment for perjury, and was given testimony as to the situation at the time of the above Defendant’s case.
